with Rasikananda Swami, Radharani and Friends

10 Bhakti Yoga Pilgrimage

This 10-day pilgrimage offers a deep immersion in Bhakti Yoga—the path of love, joy, and devotion. This path has been described by the ancient sages as the most direct way to self-realization in our age, and there is more accessible path to this divine love than in getting to know the divine personality of Krishna.

We will journey to Vrindavan, the place of Krishna's childhood, where the stories of his beautiful lilas, pastimes, echo through the temples, gardens, and winding lanes. Far from the tourist trail, you’ll enter a living spiritual heritage. Our home will be an ashram where daily life revolves around devotion—singing, dancing, serving, and sharing meals prepared with love.

Each day, we’ll walk the same paths once trodden by great saints and mystics, raising our voices in kirtan—devotional chanting. We’ll listen to inspiring teachings, explore sacred sites, and deepen our connection to India’s living tradition of spirituality.

Pilgrimages
Together, we will walk the ancient winding alleys of Vrindavan, the colorful bazaars, vibrant temples, and ethereal riverside at dusk. We will venture into the surrounding villages, listening to the tales of Krishna and his beloved companions. We will observe the way the Indian culture preserves and participates in these beautiful pastimes with a sincerity that is so rare in Western culture.

Skills and Philosophy
We will also have a chance to learn new skills in devotional music such as how to lead Kirtan and support with Indian percussion. Workshops will be led by members of our talented sanga.

The Company of Saints
It is said that the most effective way to attain Bhakti, true divine love, is sadhu-sanga—spending time in the company of saintly people. On this journey, we will spend time in the presence of a revered spiritual master who engages 24-7 in devotional service. This monk cooks for thousands of people every day, and we will join his intimate kitchen team, experiencing firsthand his character, and receiving his guidance -- this is truly one of the most blessed opportunities, and highest attainments, in spiritual life.

This pilgrimage is an invitation to take your first steps—or your next steps—on the journey of Bhakti, so you may carry its gifts of joy and devotion back into your everyday life.
